1 Acceptance of Terms

Where multiple accounts are identified, taya001 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held in them.

3.2 Accurate Information

Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination. You are responsible for updating your account details if your information changes.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Wagering Requirements

6.2 Bonus Abuse

6.3 Promotional Eligibility

Promotions are not transferable and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

6.4 Expiry

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

• Colluding with other players in poker or any other multiplayer game
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for financial gain
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate deposits without first contacting taya001 support
• Using VPN services or other tools to obscure your location in order to access taya001 from a jurisdiction where its use is prohibited
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward taya001 staff or other members

9 Account Suspension & Termination

taya001 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, or where required by law or regulatory obligation.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, taya001 will notify the affected member by email. During a suspension period, the member will be unable to log in, deposit, withdraw, or play. Investigations are conducted as quickly as reasonably possible.

Where an account is permanently closed following a confirmed breach of these Terms, taya001 may forfeit any bonus balances. Real money balances will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations and the findings of the investigation.

Members may also close their own taya001 account at any time by contacting support@taya001.best. Pending withdrawal requests will continue to be processed after account closure.

10 Responsible Gaming
